MGL Golf Policies

Return Policy  - An MGL Golf representative must authorize all returns. 
 - For warranty claims/return items, please request an RMA from RMA Request.
At the time of authorization you will be emailed a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany your return.

 - When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number.
 - Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to MGL Golf. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order. 
 - MGL Golf will pay for return shipping to customers on items that are covered by warranty or orders that were not filled correctly.
 - Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error.
 - Returns are not allowed for custom assembled clubs except as covered by our warranty policy.

Warranty Information All MGL Golf custom assembled clubs are covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions.
- Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty.
- Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.
- Negligence, abuse, misuse, alteration to equipment, and normal wear are not covered.
- Clubs that have had repairs not made by MGL Golf will have their warranty voided.
- If possible avoid hitting graphite shafted clubs off of driving range mats.

Incorrectly Filled Orders If your shipment arrives and any items are damaged or missing please contact RMA Request.

Shipping Policy MGL Golf use Fedex for all shipments.

Price/Terms  - Assembled orders usually ship from MGL Golf within 7-10 business days.
 - All pricing is subject to change without notice. MGL Golf cannot accept liability for printing, editing, grammatical errors, or incorrect product specifications.
 - MGL Golf is not liable for the improper use of our merchandise and equipment, please exercise caution and use all necessary safety measures, including safety equipment.
